Latosha Smith— Medical Assistant
Let me be the first to say WELCOME to our practice! Remember hearing stories of the old days and how everyone was so nice and helpful? I believe that you will find our office warm, receiving and one you enjoy coming back to. I have worked alongside Dr. Crenshaw since 2005 and while I consider it a pleasure working with her, I also count it a joy working for you as well! So be sure to introduce yourself and if there are questions or concerns that we can assist you with be sure to ask!
As a native Memphian raised in Florida, I am very thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such an awesome team! In my spare time I like to watch movies, shop and dine out. I have two precious children (“Tinkerbelle’s”) Jaliyah and Jayden.
One of the things I love about my job is when I draw blood from patients and they do not realize that I have started and the procedure was painless.
My job duties include helping you anyway I can; I am also responsible for mailing lab letters and processing your prescription request.

My practice in Family Medicine focuses on prevention. I am a primary care physician so I take care of most of your health care needs such as Hypertension, Diabetes and Cholesterol. I believe that patients can plan for a healthy and happy future. Prevention and education are crucial to good health. For example, when I meet a new patient, I ask them to think about their current and future health goals. I believe that patient’s day-to-day decisions have a tremendous impact on their health; they must be active, informed participants.
